I could not come up with a name for my Blog. I thought it would be easy, but it isn't. I am at one of those watersheds in my life, stuff is rushing at me and around me so fast, I fear to lose myself. I could find a good therapist or I could do what I have always done-GO MAKE SOMETHING. I am a survivor of child abuse.No details.The real problem is I am now the sole caretaker of the perpetrator of the abuse. How is that for a wicked weave of the web of life?So when trying to name my Blog I thought of my favorite color, my favorite artists, something cute, something profound-I got zip, nada, nuttin'! I finally thought about how I feel all the time now-not shiny and new-not destroyed-just a bit tattered. As I also like the "Grunge" look in my current stamping style, I had the name for my Blog. Describes my life and my art.
